Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Science from the University of Arizona and USPC C2 certifications in both English and Western disciplines — a rare dual-track credential that reflects how she actually trains.
Her competitive record spans multiple AQHA circuit championships, open-level class wins, Reserve Champion at the Arizona Mustang Makeover, multiple 4H state champion buckles, and a National Champion title in Versatility Ranch Horse. That breadth isn't coincidence — it's the product of a training method that builds horses from the ground up, so they perform wherever they're pointed.
Her philosophy is direct: help every rider experience the real partnership between horse and human. That means no shortcuts in the foundation work, and no chasing ribbons ahead of readiness.
"Help every rider experience the partnership between a horse and rider."

With over 40 years in the horse industry and more than a decade of dedicated teaching, Mary brings depth and patience that new riders find reassuring and experienced riders still find challenging.
Mary competed on the collegiate equestrian team at the University of Findlay — one of the top equestrian programs in the country — and has spent the decades since refining the craft of teaching horses and humans to understand each other.
Her approach is rooted in partnership: confidence comes before speed, trust comes before collection, and a rider who understands their horse is a rider who can go anywhere.
Jessica holds a C1 Pony Club certification and brings a dual-discipline background in Eventing and Western that gives her students an unusually broad technical foundation.
Her commitment to continuing education and best practices means her students get instruction informed by current horsemanship science — not just tradition. Whether it's cross country grid work or Western pattern precision, Jessica teaches with the same methodical care.
